Today, November 1, 2023, we launched a new campaign for Bank of Montserrat.
The campaign called Do it on The App, is an invitation for more customers to use the bank’s mobile app to take care of more everyday transactions.
One of the bank’s aims is to reduce the congestion in the banking hall at peak periods and the length of time it takes to meet the needs of each customer.
Many of the services the bank provides can be accessed via the mobile app and it is a major time saver and reduces expenses for the user.
For example, the ad released today across various social media platforms focuses on using the app for making wire transfers. It also saves $5 in the transaction fee when done on the app.
We have been receiving positive feedback about the ad and valuable insights into the challenges some people experience or services they want the bank to add. All this information is being shared with the bank to help them continue their quest to improve service delivery and efficiency.
We are looking forward to rolling out more ads in the series all starring our Media & Marketing Manager, Sharlene Lindsay. She really is quite entertaining in the ads where she plays multiple characters.
We chose to mix a few social media trends together for the campaign.
