Our Approach
The bank launched the app in 2020 with the goal of reducing the traffic in its banking hall for services such as wire transfers, transferring funds between accounts, paying credit cards, etc. However, while a significant percentage of their customers had downloaded the app, it was not being used for many of the core services that the bank offers.
We wanted to leverage Sharlene Lindsay’s knack of accents, impersonation, and connecting with people to tell the story.
With each promo, a How-to video was produced to walk users through the steps of using the service.
